HISTORY & MISSION

For over 65 years, J&E Companies has provided precision machining and fabrication services to a highly diversified client base including the medical, aerospace, commercial, and agriculture industries. In 2022, R&B, a leading Wisconsin-based precision machining company with over 100 employees, was integrated into J&E’s operations. The now combined J&E Companies, through its operating divisions, J&E and R&B, operate six facilities throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Mexico, totaling over 450,000 square feet of production space and employ approximately 325 employees. The increased capacity and scale available to our collective clients includes our acquisition of new equipment and advanced technology.
